Up here in NORTHERN northern California

I get killer bud (don't keep track of all the names, but some had "diesel" in the name, some had "haze," etc.) for about $45-50/8th.  BUT my dealer always smokes me out when I buy.

Of course, a few years back it was 300/oz, 150/half, 75/quarter, 40/8th, but I never got smoked out by the guy I was going through.

I was a resident of Guernsey (channel islands) in 2005 and the prices of the solid/weed were as follows....
1oz super polm = £250-£300 = to £10,000--£10,800 per kg( $17,000)
1oz super skunk w/w £420 = to £15,000 per kg ($25,500)
Home grown is available but is crap or well over the top of these prices!!!
1oz street formula Moroccan = £200 = to £7,600 per kg ( Please refrain from buying this junk!!!)
The main reason that prices are so expensive is that the customs & police are well on top of the situation and have one of the highest rates of finding the importation of drugs- the rate is between 30-40% of imports are found, as in the UK it is more like 8-10%.
It is not recommended that anyone who is travelling to the Channel Islands take any amount, as even a joint's  worth would land you in prison without exception!! with a minimum fine of £400 ($680)... and more if you have a previous conviction, plus you would get 'sent down' if you did have a previous conviction anyway!! that also includes a conviction of A,B,orC class.
I write this to anybody who is ever going to the Channel Isles as i have met a few people in the past that have been done and have now got a conviction on their records for having missed the 0.20gram that was in the smallest corner of their pocket/bag!! people have been charged with importation ....fined and jailed!!!.. with less than a joint's worth and others stopped from entering with TRACES ON THEIR CLOTHES!! 99% of the time a dog will sniff you!!!
The Islands are RUTHLESS with things to do with drugs....so if you ever go please make sure that you search your pockets/bags/case/car and anything else that you have to make sure that there is NOTHING on or in you as a conviction from this moronic place can stop you travelling the world!!

the other day,i could only find purp. Guy tried to tell me it was 30 a g, which is 840 an oz.And thas a little over 13k a lb!!  I told him he's out of his damn mind.Is that normal for where yall are??Seriously-840 a oz!?!  Theres no way purp is worth that..especially when its not even sensi..

That's pretty pricey.  Out here in the country commercial sells for $50 a quarter.  Better stuff maybe $60 or $65 but the red necks would rather smoke the commercial instead of paying a little more for good stuff.  If you go to the city you'll pay $60 for an eighth of good stuff.

I've seen that site before.  Very interesting to read what the deal is in other countries.
