When you did salvia, did everything look like staples?  Like that one background for you computer kind of?  I tried to find it on my computer but I cant.  Do you know what I mean?

but everyones experience on salvia will be different especially with different batches and different potencies.

i've seen and experienced insane shit on salvia but never saw staples... saw escalators forming in my floor so i crawled up those and felt the metal grooves, but no staples lol

Its hard to explain unless I can find that wallpaper.  Its like everything has the same color and shape too it, they are just in like a staple dimension.

Smoked extracts are too fast and unpredictable for me. I get more out of Salvia when I use tincture, which is easy to make - just use powdered dry leaf and everclear grain alcohol. There are recipes on the web, including erowid. When using tincture, dilute the tinc with about 1 teaspoon of honey - this cuts the burn considerably, and causes the tinc to stick to the oral mucosa for better absorption of the S-A. Warm both the tinc and the honey slightly prior to mixing (makes them blend together easily) then let the mixture cool for a few minutes to thicken it up again - then bottoms up! The tinc/honey combo mixes well in a shot glass or two.

I like to lean back in a recliner, then empty the shot glass of honey/tinc into my mouth, letting it flow over my tounge, inner cheeks etc. It only burns for the first minute or so, then it stops burning. Allow the tinc to flow back over the area behind the tongue, which is highly absorptive, and swallow it bit by tiny bit, until the tinc is gone and the mouth is empty.

With strong homemade tinc and using this method, I start feeling effects within 3 to 5 minutes, and the experience lasts up to an hour (longer if I take more tinc) but with much better lucidity and less craziness/fear factor than smoking. It takes a bit longer for the S-A to take effect from tinc than from smoking, so the tinc is less of a shock. And tinc can be as strong as 10X. I have spent nearly an hour at level 5, after a large dose of powerful tinc.

I've been using salvia off and on since 2002, and have strictly been using tinc and quids (and tinc-enhanced quids) for the past several years. I get a lot more out of salvia that way - it becomes more useful. I have never paid the big bucks for commercially prepared tinctures, because it is so easy to make good powerful tincture from powdered leaf (or extract) and some common household items.

Whoever thought of diluting tinc with a little honey changed the tincture experience altogether. Without the honey, undiluted tinc burns like hell, and diluting with water does not work nearly as well as honey.

Damn, I dont know about tripping like that for an hour.  I dont think your trip is the same as my trips.  Like I wasnt even in this reality.  I remember throwing my body around, falling off couches, running into the wall.  I just cant picture being that fucked up for an hour.  The one time people were carrying me inside and I came back to reality and was like "wtf, get off me Im fine."

Those extracts were crazy.  But I have never done a tincture or even the leaves itself.  I would imagine it would be so minute compared to the extracts.

That depends how much you SD you consume, potency, and your individual sensitivity to salvia. The aforementioned 1 hour at level 5 was not my intention. Level 3.5 to 4  is more in my ballpark.

Oral administration (esp.tinc) lasts longer than smoking, and comes on a bit more slowly and gently. This is why I prefer honey-diluted tincture to smoking.

^ when i smoked salvia about a year ago, one time i took a giant rip and tripped face for at least 45 minutes and i was really shocked when i noticed the time after i came back to reality.  i never expected salvia to make me trip for more than 10-20 minutes.  the trip was insane and by far the most i've ever hallucinated, way more than 4 hits of acid or 6 grams of shrooms.  and i've done plenty of both.  salvia is by far the strongest hallucinogen i've ever done.

seeds are hard to find and have a low germination rate. your best bet is cuttings. search around, a few sites sell some. also check ebay, I think I've seen some a while ago

I live in Illinois and me and a few friends made a quick trip to Wisconsin in search for some 40x or 60x, all the places we went none of the shops sold it. We went into this headshop place and they said they used to sell it, but stopped and said to maybe find it online. Do places sell this anymore even in places that it is still legal? or has it died down a lot?

i just saw this site selling 60x Salvia divinorum for around $40..is that good?? Im curious as to what it does and how much a person needs to get results..but dont know if thats expensive or what...anybody still around on this one-illegalsmiles maybe??

There used to be some people here that were into that but they are all gone now.  I do remember a bunch of posts about it being made.

lol..yeah...apparently 14 pages worth of posts...i saw it on some site and was just curious as to what it did..i know its a plant, but what does one have to do to get effects from it..and im not a person that tries anything i come across, actually other than green i dont use any other 'medicine', not even aspirin..keep it natural..

If I remember correctly it is smoked, trippy high that lasts about 15-20 minutes.  Never paid a lot of attention since I wasn't interested.  I'm the same way, hate to take any kind of medicine.
