The use marijuana, just like alcohol, will never stop no matter what the legal status of it is. In the past 35 years, we have seen the costly failures of the drug war, just like we saw with alcohol prohibition. So with that in mind, CHQ does not promote the use of marijuana, rather we promote the idea that with education and information regarding harm reduction, adults can make safer decisions for themselves regarding drug use. This is done similarly to passing out condoms to encourage safer sex.
