How old were you when you first smoked?

I started at age seventeen. I got quite high the first time I tried it, after about five tokes or so. I'm pretty sure it was Mexican dirtweed too. I have never used mj without feeling it, unless it was domestic hemp from a ditch. Guess I'm sensitive to it.

I was 11 years old when I tried herb for the first time!  My dad was a stoner and I borrowed my first joint from him!  Started smoking on a regular when I was 13, fell in love and never looked back!

I was a late bloomer, I still remember the first night I ever smoked weed, we were all hanging out at a friends house, drinking, having a good time, then my best friend broke out a bowl.  I had never tried it before, we passed the bowl around a few times, I remember sitting back on the couch, staring at the ceiling because they had stars on it, then all of a sudden I screamed MY NIPS ARE LUMB, which actually should have been my lips are numb because my whole face had gotten very tingly, I still get teased to hell to this day by all of my friends.  I was 23, now I am 40.

I think 14 was the official starting age, and when i turn 17 i shared my first joint with him. we been smoking buddy's ever since.
is that bad parenting? well i guess not as bad as my real father who walked out on us when i was 5... bastard!!!

Don't think I've ever hear of anyone starting that young.  Even 14 is still pretty young.  I offered my mother an opportunity to smoke with me once.  She actually thought about it for a bit but said no.  My step kids know the Mrs. and I grow and smoke.  They have both smoked but were never regulars and can't anyway because of job testing.  I've smoked with my step son's friends and my step daughter's fiance and given him some for his mother.  It's all cool.
