Medical Cannabis (Marijuana) Strains

!  I'm an oldtimer with chronic insomnia and some arthritis and I'd like your advice about three strains I'm considering propagating organically & bio:

1. Shiva Shanti.....2.  Durga Mata......and 3. Big Bud x NL.    I tend to like my cannabis 75% indica & 25% sativa, but pure indicas are good.  The Hazes are way too psychedelic for my personal tastes.  Any advice you can profer would be most appreciated.
