just want to remind newbies to keep seedlings and young clones out of the hot sun. even if you water them, the sun will heat the planters and COOK THE ROOTS!  i lost 15 grandaddy seedlings and am bumed out.

to young and probably Muddy haha...does this include sprouts??

I have 2 little sprouts up now(one cali hash and one easy ryder)and i keep them under my fluro 24/7. Today i put them outside, but its 97 degrees here..that matter??
I noticed that after being outside for 30 minutes-the place i had misted was already dry. I just wanted them out there to get more sun than what i was giving them-but dont wanna burn em up this early..rather wait til after harvest...
Is there a certain size that they can be put in the sun and not be hurt?

Especially sprouts.  I gradually introduce mine to full sun.  I move them outside when they have 2-3 sets of leaves and put them in a place that gets filtered morning light, some full sun, about 2-3 hours, and then shaded from the hot afternoon sun.  Once they get used to that then I move them to another spot where they get 4-5 hours of direct sun.  By then they are ready to transplant and then they get full sun all day long.  Putting sprouts in full sun is a quick way to kill them fast.
