Hi,
I am new to these forums though I have been reading through them. That being said, I have read the previous thread
regarding Wellbutrin and Cannabis. Though because throughout the internet I've read very mixed reactions to the combination,
I've become more afraid of starting this medication. The doctor prescribed me it for anxiety/to stop smoking cigarettes about
two weeks ago now and I still haven't started it due to family being here and such, but now I'm also afraid of mixing it with pot.
I'm a chronic smoker, I've been smoking everyday for almost four years not counting days where I was very sick or on vacation
to places that aren't pot-friendly (I live in California). So should I stop smoking pot for a few days, then start taking the meds
and wait a week to see how it affects me, THEN re-start pot? My feelings tell me that marijuana benefits me more than any
medication that could be prescribed, but I also want to try Wellbutrin from what I've read and heard from the people using it.
Is anyone here on Wellbutrin and smoking cannabis? What recommendations do you have? What should I consider?
Do I need to smoke less or take a break or anything?
I know this is a long post, so thank for you reading and I hope to be enlightened
