that's an outrage.... 5 years!!!! Most i get down my end is a $250 fine and a slap on the wrist saying don't do it again. depending on how much you get caught cultivating.
5 -10 plants probably get the fine. 100+,  probably some jail time... still probably not 5 years.
In any case i don't want to find out!...lol

Hey Muddy quick question...

You say the mi5 are turning purplish? I checked the website again but they fail to mention this effect.
Could this be due to the cold night and warm days?
I remember reading somewhere for the GDP to turn a deeper purple you
must be able to drop night time temp to around 55 degrees or something like that.
I remember you saying frost warnings. So i take it that it must be chillier at night.
Am I in the right ballpark here? And does this apply to any strain?

Yes, one more so than the other two.  The weather could be contributing.  We had a couple real cold nights where I put them in the garage.  On average it's been mid to high 40s at night and mid 70s during the day.  Don't think it applies to all strains.  I had Columbian Red Haze out till the second week of November last year and it was green till the end.  If I remember the strain description right, they only mention AK47.  They don't say what other strains were used to create it.  Maybe one of them was a purple strain.

Noticed today that the smaller fan leaves are starting to go.  Probably still two weeks from harvest.  Kydentman is coming for a visit tomorrow.  Can't wait to show him.

These are a new breed of autos.  Much bigger and higher yields.  The trics are milky so another week or two and they should be ready.

Take a Bow Muddy, I'm applauding you on those mi5.. Shocked..lol,  Those look very very nice, that purple really make's them that much more beautiful.....almost sexy!
Well you made my decision for sure those mi5 are going in the grow room next cycle. K++ buddy. (it's nice to see pic's....Dope-seeds didn't even post pics on there site of the mi5.)

Whats up with the Pakistan Ryder? is that male? Looks like ball clusters... If that a fem, I'll never grow them, just way to small, Or where they sick?
You can definitely see they put a lot of work into the mi5 strain.... So much taller and fuller for an auto... I think there really onto something there.

All fallen, cut and split by myself.  That's only a little of it you can see.  I've got 2 cord ready, need 2 more for this winter, plus whatever I've got time to do for the following year.  I do have a log splitter, otherwise I couldn't do all that.

Thanks Incy, they are by far the nicest plants I grew this year.  I just love the purple color.  When dope-seeds sent me the seeds they weren't even on the market yet so not surprised they don't have any pics.  They also didn't mention the purple, which is something they need to do.  I'm sending Jim some links so he can read the grow report and snag the pics if he wants.

I'll be very interested to see how they do for you indoors.  My tallest one is 28", they say they can get up to 48". Bet yours will be bigger indoors.  By that time I should know the yields.  Right now it looks like the cropped ones will yield about the same as the uncropped.  But cropping did reduce the height by about a foot.  I agree, they have a winner with this strain.

The Pakistan Ryders, being indicas, are smaller in general but these are tiny.  Maybe if I had started them sooner, when it was warmer, they might have done better but I really don't think they are well suited for outdoor growing.  They are females, from feminized seeds.

Don't forget about Onyx, the sister strain to Mi5.  They are supposed to get 36" high, a little smaller, but yield the same.

Sent Jim at Dope-Seeds an email the other day asking him about the purple color on the Mi5.  Also sent him a link to this post so he could see for himself.  He replied that he didn't know but would ask the breeder.  The next day he emailed back that the breeder said it came from some Afghani that was used during his breeding process.  Jim also came and read this thread.  He's very excited about the results I'm getting.  These were free seeds that he sent me so I felt an obligation to let him know how they are turning out.  He's appreciates the feed back.  So go check this out and see if anything looks familiar.  dope-seeds.com/auto_flowering_seeds.htm#mi5   Grin

The Mi5s look like they are finally starting to slow down.  Even with temperatures in the low to mid 60s during the day and low to mid 40s at night they have continued to put on more bud.  They are some hardy buggers.  I noticed today that some of the fan leaves are starting to die back and the crystals are milky.  The buds are rock hard.  Maybe another week and they will be ready.

Couldn't wait anymore and pinched a little bud the other night.  It was dry enough to smoke tonight so the Mrs. and I sampled it after dinner.  Very trippy visuals combined with that feel I get in my chest from a good indica.  Hard to stay focused witnessed by the fact it's taken me 15 minutes to write this post.  LOL, time to head for my chair.

I'm kinda surprised at how well the Mi5's are doing for you, muddy w....and/but I still think you are being toooooo vocal about dope~seeds.com. I think you should at least omit any names.
