I'm kinda surprised at how well the Mi5's are doing for you, muddy w....and/but I still think you are being toooooo vocal about dope~seeds.com. I think you should at least omit any names.
jmho
Why are you surprised at how well they are doing? Even though my full size plants didn't do well this year because of adverse weather conditions and mite infestation, I've had pretty good success with the autos. The Mi5 is a real winner, a big improvement over other auto strains and I feel, the future of auto breeding. Far as I know dope-seeds is the only one selling them at this point. Jim has his name on his web site, has read this post and hasn't expressed any objections. He provides outstanding customer service and has been very generous with free seeds. So I'll continue to give him a plug now and again.

^^^^Fair enough. I would still be omiting his name.
But that's just me.
Good grow, though.
I'm really just surprised at how well these auto's are doing. ANd I feel even more left out by living in Texas and not having any right to grow them here at all.
ANd to top it off, North Texas is now becoming a hot area for gang~related grow-ops on fed land and in state parks...my skies are full of fly~bye`s, sorry.

Thanks, I'm very pleased with these and as I said, excited about the possibilities. I'm looking at maybe 2 ounces on my best plant. I think indoors these could easily produce 3-4. Plus they would finish faster than outdoors, probably in about 12 weeks.
I can see why you're upset. I can't legally grow but at least I don't have to deal with a situation like yours.

Still waiting on the Mi5 to finish. Wed. will be 17 weeks. They have really slowed down with the shorter days. Had they been started earlier in the year they would have finished at least 3 weeks ago. It's also been warmer than normal the last couple weeks with days in the low 70s, so they are hanging in there. They have lost all their big fan leaves but all the secondary leaves are still healthy. The purple on the leaves is so dark that it looks black now. The only exception is the one I LSTed. It's leaves have just started to turn purple, so it's way behind the others. I doubt I'll get it to full maturity. None of the crystals have turned yet but they are absolutely loaded and sparkle when the sunlight hits them. They are so pretty I just love walking by and looking at them.
I did pinch a little bud a few days back and the Mrs. and I smoked it up last night. We both agree that it's the most potent strain I grew this year. Full blown head high with strong visuals, which being knocked back in your chair. Good music smoke. Can't wait for it to finish.

maybe i can figure out something. anyways K+ on another successful grow bro. enjoy

Thanks Incy, I can't wait either. What we've sampled has been awesome. From what they told me the purple comes from the Afghani that was used in the breeding process and not the cooler temps, so you should see some as well.
I've got my indoor grow spot pretty much figured out and hope to have it up and running by the first week of Dec. Going to start with the Diesel Ryder and White Russian seeds I have from this summer but am planning on putting some Mi5 and Onyx in there later on. Going to be interesting to compare the indoor ones to the outdoor.

Thanks all. This year did me in. I'll still grow autos outdoors but I think I'm done with full size plants until I can grow them in my garden again.
