Cookies!!!!

I made some pot cookies!! I used abut 1 full oz of vaped remains. This is my first real attempt. Honestly, they don't taste that great. Pot doesn't really taste that great when it's cooked. It seems to be an aquired taste. Certainly next time I will strain the cannabutter thru cheesecloth several more times for a cleaner taste.
That said, they are pretty good otherwise. It's a different high to eat compared to vaping. It's more medicine like.

Custard, eh? I'll remember that next time.
I added some ground almonds and sunflower-seed butter hoping the nutty flavors would improve the taste - didn't work that well.....
I think maybe some orange zest would be good to add. Also mint sounds like it would be good.
I'm getting used to the taste. Kinda strange at first.

Not everyone knows what it is. It depends on what part of the U.S. you're in...ANd we probably eat it differently than you brits anyway... more like a pudding, an after dinner treat -- and also a donut filling. That's how many would know it here, as a donut filling.

ohh...nah, we have pies.Never eaten custard that i know of.Not a big desert person.More a roast in mashed potatoes and stewed okra and fried squash and hotwater cornbread person..i like food that sticks to your ribs.

After a day of storage in the freezer, the cookie flavor has improved. That along with eating 6 yesterday and I think I'm over any concerns about weed cookies tasting bad.
I definately will be making these again someday.

I think I've got one brownie left in the freezer.  Time to make more.  Last time I used Ice, which is about 60 or 70% sativa, if I remember right.  They were very good but this time I also want something couch lock.  Wish I had more K Train, I think that would be the ticket.
