They have these, AZ "the war on drugs" ads and maybe else where but they are commercials and one shows this old lady sitting at a t dinner table with it all set and you can hear a clock ticking in the background and the old lady looks distraught and sad and then you hear the voice over say "You can just tell your grandma you were out smoking pot with your friends thats why you forgot her dinner with her.." How lame is that??

haha, because smoking pot is the only reasons you'd be late for dinner with granny. you'd never get drunk and forget, or find someone to have sex with that night. no its just pot. pot is evil because if you smoke it you will miss dinner with grandma and hurt her feelings - The US Government.  |

I wasnt saying that its cool to hurt your grandma's feelings, I was saying how lame it is bc just because you smoke pot doesnt mean that you would do such a thing, hell me being me I would have been stoned and totally game for going and grubbing with my grandma!

This is a little off topic but speaking of grandmas I was abou 5 and my dad had let me and a friend hit his bong, he was watching us all alone and he was working and we wouldnt shut up so yeah anyways about a week later I was at my grandma's and told her how my dad let me "smoke the bong" my parents were pretty upset. Me and that friend still laugh about it. Hows that for kids say the darnest things? |

I like the one with the blood on the goggles That ad is such BS, I mean COME ON!!!!! Who is really going to cut off there arm with a saw just because their stoned. If you cut off your arm while your stoned then you would have probaly done it sober as well. Or even better, you are more likely to cut your arm off while drunk(the legal drug) than being stoned. |

Last month when I was in a safety meeting..this guy did this presentation...it was about the hazards of drugs and being high while mining..and in his presentation he had a slide show that talked about the top 5 drugs most likely to get you killd and marijuana was number 2...I had to leave the room, I was giggling too much.... |

That site is very well put together...but its also flipping funny...they have a place for comebacks...I went through some of them like one is It's you birthday you've got major drinking to do...and the comeback is... no thanks I'd actually like to remember my birthday...lmao...or lets smoke a bit and do a little off roading..comeback: that stuff slows your reaction time...and I really dont want to wrap my car around a tree..what the fuck..thats funny..lol!

i think all the comebacks the media& people come up with are lame.
before i even smoked pot, i always thought the comebacks were lame.
i was hearing them in D.A.R.E.& i was like, if i say that i'm going to get laughed at.
and no one will ever talk to me again.
so the first time i was offered it, i was just like "no thanks".
i wasn't about to says some shit like "thats just an expensive bag of cancer."
